TWINS BUT NOT IDENTICAL
This proposal is about two dwellings for sale. The internal program (layout) was
requested to be the same. The location is similar as well. The main difference being
one faces a corner and the second is more interior.
The corner house presents a cylindrical shape that articulates the intersection of the
streets with a big balcony being more extroverted. The internal one has a void in
the main living area and protects itself from its neighbours’ views being more
introverted.
Both houses look for stimulating perspectives, good connections with the outdoor
areas and subtle ways to introduce natural light to the interior spaces.
Material: Reinforce concrete and brick masonry. Area: 250 m²/each
